Managing your Projectbook Account

Go to the Projectbook app, or website, and log in.
Click on profile icon in the top right corner
Click on “My account”
Scroll to the bottom of the menu and click on “Delete Account”
If you need to switch your email and have a subscription tied to the email, you will need to create a new Projectbook account. Please cancel your current subscription of your old email and delete your old Projectbook account.
You will then sign up for a new account and repurchase a new subscription. If you have a discount, please reach out to contact@Projectbook.co once you created a new account and we can help.
In the same log in & signup popup, enter your email address
Click "next"
Select the "Trouble signing in?" blue link located below the password input
Check your email for a link to reset your password (Be sure to check your spam folder if not found)
Make sure you are entering the correct email that you used when you registered for the account
Check your email’s Spam folder
If you still have not received a verification link via email, reach out to the support team on Slack or by email.
How to Delete your Projectbook Account

I'd like to change my account email

I forgot my password, or would like to change it
