These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the websites located at www.Projectbook.co and all associated Projectbook sites and social media pages, mobile applications that may be downloaded to your device, and other online products and services (together, the “Services”) provided by Projectbook Inc. (“Projectbook” or “we”). By checking a box indicating you agree to these Terms or by using our Services, you agree to these Terms, including the mandatory arbitration provision and class action waiver in Section 20. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services. Review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, share and otherwise process information about you.

Supplemental Terms

We may supply different or additional terms, conditions, guidelines, policies or rules with respect to some of our Services (“Supplemental Terms”). To toggle dark mode on or off,

Click on My Account, located in the top right at the top of the menu.
Select Appearance from the menu.
Modify your appearance settings from this menu.

You can toggle on Light or Dark mode, and choose whether or not the navigation bars hide when you move your mouse.

View events from Google or Outlook Calendar

To view events from multiple calendars in Projectbook, you will need to subscribe to those calendars in the calendar application that you connected to Projectbook.

How to connect iCal to Projectbook

To view iCal in Projectbook, we suggest subscribing to your iCal calendars through Google or Outlook, then connecting one of those calendars to Projectbook. Here's how:

Go to the Apple Calendar app on your Mac
Right click the calendar that you want to link to your primary calendar account that you connected to Projectbook
Select “Share Calendar…”

Select the “Public Calendar” option. This will allow anyone with your calendar’s URL to view the events. Then press “Done”

Then, right click the calendar again and click “Copy URL to Clipboard”

For the calendar that you connected to Projectbook, follow the steps listed below to link your calendar

You can update your subscription settings through the Projectbook app.

Click on My Account from the top right drop down menu.

Click on Subscription Settings.

Select from the following options:
View Current plan: To view what you are currently subscribed to.
Change payment method: To update your current payment settings.
Cancel subscription: To cancel your subscription.
